Desligue o fogo e reserve.&lt;br /&gt; Coloque a manteiga numa panela e leve ao fogo para derreter. Quando estiver bem quente, junte a cebola e o piment&amp;atilde;o. Mexa e refogue por 5 minutos. Desligue o fogo.&lt;br /&gt; Quando a mandioca estiver cozida, desligue o fogo e escorra a &amp;aacute;gua.&lt;br /&gt; Coloque a mandioca ainda quente no copo do liquidificador, junte o leite de coco, o dend&amp;ecirc; e o refogado de cebola com piment&amp;atilde;o. Bata muito bem at&amp;eacute; formar uma massa lisa. Cuidado para a tampa do liquidificador n&amp;atilde;o abrir, pressione bem com um pano de prato dobrado.&lt;br /&gt; Se for preciso, bata a mandioca em duas etapas. Tenha paci&amp;ecirc;ncia, fa&amp;ccedil;a aos poucos que sempre d&amp;aacute; certo.&lt;br /&gt; Coloque o camar&amp;atilde;o refogado numa panela, junte o creme de mandioca e leve ao fogo. 20 g de funghi secchi &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; 40g ma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;s desidratadas picadas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; 100 g de damascos secos picados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; 5 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; 1 cebola m&amp;eacute;dia picada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; 2 x&amp;iacute;caras (ch&amp;aacute;) de arroz arb&amp;oacute;reo &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt; Cubra a tigela com filme pl&amp;aacute;stico e deixe hidratar por 30 minutos. Em outra tigela, hidrate as ma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;s e os damascos em 1/2 litro de &amp;aacute;gua fervente. A seguir, retire os funghi, limpe-os, um a um, sobre a pr&amp;oacute;pria &amp;aacute;gua em que ficaram de molho, retirando toda a sujeira. Seque, pique-os em tiras finas e reserve. Coe a &amp;aacute;gua do molho numa peneira de malha bem fina ou forrada com um pano limpo. Escorra as frutas secas numa outra peneira e apare a &amp;aacute;gua numa panela. Na mesma panela, junte a &amp;aacute;gua em que os funghi ficaram de molho e leve ao fogo. Leve ao fogo uma panela de fundo grosso (ou de ferro) com o azeite, o funghi, as frutas desidratadas e a cebola e refogue at&amp;eacute; a cebola ficar bem macia. Acrescente o arroz e frite, sem parar de mexer, por 3 minutos. Despeje o vinho e cozinhe, sem parar de mexer, por 5 minutos, ou at&amp;eacute; evaporar quase todo l&amp;iacute;quido. Adicione, aos poucos e sem parar de mexer, o caldo fervente e acerte o sal. O arroz deve ficar al dente e quase sem l&amp;iacute;quido. Junte a manteiga e misture cuidadosamente. Deixe descansar por 2 minutos com a panela tampada antes de servir.
